Early Stage Sales & Marketing Methods

Startup companies often forget to test for best sales and marketing practices at the beginning stages of their venture. They are too busy developing their product/service or making their first customer successful. But how the first customer was acquired may not be applicable for an ongoing sales program. Sales strategies change with maturity and getting it right in the beginning can often mean the difference between success and failure.
This session will feature two successful entrepreneurs; Bill Furlong of Escapia and Michael Hovanes of Instrumed. Bill and Michael will describe how they developed and evolved their current company's sales and marketing processes. But more importantly they'll discuss past successes, failures and lessons learned along the way.
